Terms of use
Last updated October 13, 2026
These terms apply when you use this website to register for HACKfor2MORROW: Brand New Day. By submitting a registration, you agree to them on behalf of your team.
Who can register
Teams of three senior high students and one mentor. Schools may submit multiple entries, provided that each student is registered on only one team.
What a complete registration includes
- The official team registration form, with every section filled in, signed by all members, and endorsed by your school or agency head.
- Scanned valid school or office IDs of all three students and the mentor.
- The form as a .docx or .pdf file, and the IDs as PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP files, each up to 15 MB.
Deadline and submissions
Registrations close on October 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM Philippine time, and this website stops accepting uploads after that. Submit one registration per team. To correct one, contact the organizers with your reference code instead of submitting again.
Your registration has been received only when the website shows “Registration received” with a reference code. Uploads can fail on unstable connections, so submit early and keep your reference code.
Accurate and original work
By submitting, your team certifies that everything in the registration is true and correct, and that the proposal is the team’s own original work. Registrations with false information, or work that isn’t the team’s own, may be removed from consideration.
Selection and schedule
The organizers and the evaluation panel review every complete registration, and the Top 10 teams are announced on October 26, 2026. Selected teams follow the hardware milestones in the schedule, including BOM declaration by November 11 and hardware check-in on the morning of November 25. If the schedule changes, we post the update in the Announcements section.
Official guidelines
Your participation is also subject to the official guidelines, rules and requirements of the hackathon that your team agrees to on the registration form. If these terms and the official guidelines differ, the official guidelines apply.
Using this website
- Submit a registration only for a team that has agreed to register.
- Upload only the registration form and IDs, with no other people’s information beyond what the form asks for.
- Don’t upload files that contain malware or anything unrelated to your registration.
- Don’t try to access other teams’ registrations or the organizer page.
Your information
We handle everything you submit as described in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here with a new date. Registrations already submitted stay under the version your team agreed to.
